It is finally time!
Fulfillment Update
All the items have arrived in the US, EU and Asia fulfillment centers.
The fulfillment centers (respectively Funagain and Spiral Galaxy) have already made their estimate and we already issued the payment, which means they are officially ready to start.
At this point, depending on the fulfillment centers schedule, it's matter of days and you will receive your shipping notification!
EU backers will receive a confirmation email first. Please take a look on it and change your shipping address if necessary by following their instructions. This is exclusive to EU backers not because we like them more, but because it is a service that Spiral Galaxy offers specifically.
If anyone outside the EU has to change address, it is time to tell it NOW! In that case, write us immediately at [email protected]

Daimyo's Fall: Dice Tuners is a product we really like because it has characteristics we value over many others: it is small, it is cute and it is strategical. We always wanted to make something like that, and now it is finally ready to be delivered!

Fulfillment Update - Cargo Arrived!

Good day everyone!
A super quick update about the status of the fulfillment.
Both in US and EU the cargo has arrived. We are waiting for the final estimate from both the fulfillment centers and then we will start the actual fulfillment! Asia fulfillment will start at the same time too!
There is a little delay with the card sleeves in EU, but they will be delivered on Monday so it will not cause any further delay. This is merely an extra information to keep you posted about everything!

Hi everyone!
We left your saying we were waiting for the green light from the warehouses to ship them the goods via ship cargo. They took a lot to arrive (especially the US one which was not so responsive in this Covid-19 period) but a few weeks ago the game finally departed from China and is about to reach Europe and America!
The ETA in Europe is 10-15 June while the ETA in the US is 20-25 June. From that moment, we will begin the final fulfillment!
As a personal note, we are really happy that we were able to complete the production and the shipping even in this period without incurring in higher costs that would have impacted negatively on the product and on us. However, we are also sorry that we were not able to deliver it in the estimated time, but delivering you a product with low-par components first and the pandemic after made this not possible.
Please accept our apologize and be ready to enjoy Dice Tuners! :)
Lockdown News & Goods Ready for Freight!

Good day everyone!
As many of you have certainly noticed, we are about the definitively close the pledge manager, as the goods are ready to be shipped.
Production has finally completely ended and we are waiting for the green light from warehouses to ship them the goods. Probably due to the general lockdown and the Easter holidays they are taking a little more than usual to respond.
The Covid-19 emergency has hit our lives in many ways, and you see how hard is for many companies to keep working at the previous pace. With a bit of luck, we have not been harmed gravely by the lockdown that, as you know, hit Italy more than 1 month ago and forced us to stop many activities.
The air freight is not an available solution anymore so we have opted for ship freight, which will take about 30 days. After that, the fulfillment centers will start the individual shipping and you will receive the game.
We are sorry that the mix of reprinting dice & Covid-19 caused this delay, but as we did for our previous project and will for the next ones, our main goal is to deliver a product of quality and to ensure everything will happen without troubles after the shipping starts.

Good day dear friends!
In thise period, the coronavirus outbreak heavily slowed down things in China and Italy too, which is quite unfortuned since we manufacture in China and are set in Italy!
However, we are not letting this to completely stop us and we are proceeding with the final steps of mass production.
New dice are almost ready!
As you certainly remember, we had to delay the freight due to a problem with dice production. To fulfill our order, the factory produced the dice in a hurry and then we didn't accept them due to their insufficient quality.
A new batch of dice has been produced. What's interesting of the type of dice we have chosen for this game is that they have to be hand-painted icons, a necessary feature due to their small size (which allows the game to be portable even if it has 15 dice).
We confirm they are super cute!

According to our project manager, there are still about 100 dice to be completed, then we will be ready for the freight.
We are sorry that the coronavirus outbreak caused even more delay, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. Slowly, China has started again to work in factories and so we could proceed with the 2nd batch of dice. Now we are shut down as Italy, but this won't stop us from proceeding with the delivery since the goods won't even reach Italy.
